When one is charged with a criminal offence, it is a stressful, and confusing time. By the time of their first Court appearance, a criminal defendant has usually already spent some time in a county jail, before their journey through the criminal justice system even begins.
Micah G. Ayache has extensive knowledge of the laws and procedures governing criminal procedure, and while a defendant’s journey through the criminal justice system can never be described as pleasant, Micah will effectively guide and counsel a defendant through the system, providing appropriate advice, and counsel at every step. Having been an investigating police officer, and prosecutor prior to becoming defending counsel, Micah is able to effectively analyze your criminal charges, and provide accurate legal advice. In addition, Micah has completed advanced D.U.I. defense training, and is capable of identifying defenses that attorneys less experienced in such cases may miss.
While the goal in any case is a fast and inexpensive resolution, it remains a fact that sometimes cases can only be resolved by a trial. If a trial is needed, or desired by a client, Micah will prepare, and conduct any trial with professionalism, and thoroughness, whether it is before a jury of twelve fellow citizens, or before a Judge alone.
